Mo works with people 1-1 using holistic principles and her extensive experience in health and wellbeing. Working 1-1 enables and empowers the individual to work towards health and wellbeing goals safely and with ongoing support. This may be due to illness or injury or a desire to have that 1-1 level of coaching. Whatever your needs are Mo will work on 1-1 yoga plan that suits your needs.
As someone with a long term lung condition and anxiety working in my own home with Mo really helped me to breath better and to learn how to relax and manage stress better.
While waiting for surgery on my shoulder Mo came to my home and taught me gentle postures and breathwork so that I was in a better physical and mentally for surgery and could join a regular yoga class after my rehabilitation.
